Worsening mobility after 65
My client is 68 and receives HRC and LRM. Her mobility has deteriorated significantly. If she were assessed for PIP, could she be awarded ERM?
Yes because she was under 65 on 8/4/13 - see reg 27 of the PIP (transitional provisions) regs 2013 - http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/387/regulation/27
