Self employed and assssment period for HB
Claimant set up business and paid rent and refurbished premises for a period. This period has not been taken into account for the assessment period resulting in a non-recoverable overpayment as opposed to an award of HB, as the claimant was said not to be trading. Is there a definition of trading?
