New decisions following use of the original mobility criteria

OK so following the High court etc we now revert to the original mobility rules of 2013, we don’t know when this will happen for each person, but do we know the following?

1.6m plus people’s claims will be ‘checked’. If they still don’t meet the criteria for mobility to get more points than they did 1st time, will they be told their claim has been ‘checked’ and get a new decision letter that they are still not entitled and so will now have the right to a new MR and appeal?
