Service charges for leaseholders

Anyone know if a leaseholder can get housing costs from Pension Credit for sinking fund payments (part of service charge)?

I don’t deal with cases like these often, but we did have one recently relating to a co-ownership scheme where PC were paying 50% of the charges attributable to the sinking fund. I can’t remember where that figure came from.

We were in the early stages of arguing that the item should be payable in full, but the client moved into the PRS before it got to the stage of really digging into it.
