EHRC funding for housing and social security discrimination cases
The Legal Support Project provides advice and funding to help individuals who have experienced discrimination to pursue legal claims.
We are now accepting applications for funding for cases that involve discrimination in housing or social security law.
This is different from most of the legal work we do as the focus is access to justice for individuals, rather than strategic cases that will have a wider effect.
Applications from solicitors and specialist advice centres only.
