Scottish Choices - available to all in Scottish UCFS areas from 31/01/2018
Please see a ‘twitter’ announcement from Social Security Scotland. Everyone in Scotland (not just new claimants) receiving Universal Credit in full service areas will be eligible for the Scottish Universal Credit Choices from 31/01/18 (i.e. housing element paid directly to landlord and twice monthly payments).

Have updated original post to specify Scotland ;-) . But yes - good if all UK!
