Are you entitled to help with housing cost on a second home if you are already not in reciept of universal credit.
Can anyone help me with this? I have a client who has had to flee her property from persons known due to threats of violence. She is currently not in receipt of housing benefit as she is in full time employment, would she be entitled to housing benefit on the second home in the form of dual housing benefit?
