Hi. Can someone please remind me of the period of time, while on JSA, during which you can search within a specific field, after which you have to greatly broaden your search terms. Thanks.

From what I recall it’s up to 13 weeks.

CPAG 2017/18 p.1041 - if you have previously done work of a particular type (a ‘usual occupation’), you can be allowed a permitted period of between one and 13 weeks from the date you claim JSA during which you are allowed to be available only for vacancies in your usual occupation or which pay at least what you normally receive or both.
