tribunal’s power etc to change part of an award not in issue on appeal

claimant appealed soleley on daily living. mobility wasn’t in issue (and ATOS had said he was entitled on the evidence). FTT reduced his mobility after warning him it could, but had no real grounds or evidence to so so, and it wasn’t in issue on the appeal (neither party had raised mobility as a point)
FTT was in error of law.
