PIP help needed - preferably based near Eastwood, Nottingham

I have a contact who needs some fee paying support with a PIP case. 

The client is under a deputyship order following a near death accident.  He is mobile but is severely memory impaired.  He has been classed as fit for work which in the opinion of his legal team is ridiculous.
