I’ve been watching PMQ’s, and there was a question yesterday towards the end, from i think Tracey Brabin regarding her constituents being advised as they did not have photographic evidence they would not be paid and had to produce evidence from their GP and Dentist.
Anyway, the question was why can’t the DWP use evidence from legacy benefits? Worth looking at May’s unscripted response and the DWP guidance which suggests they can.
