Fixed term AA awards
Hi all , any one else seeing more short fixed term periods AA awards being done ?
Have had a number of these recently and most of them should have been made on an indefinite basis -client’s 80+ in very poor health, clearly not going to improve yet 2 year awards only given?
Yes, I am seeing this too.
I don’t do a huge amount of AA but the recent ones have been for fixed terms.
