Hello

Does anyone have a copy of the Hab res form that an EEA national would be sent to demonstrate their R2R?

Thanks

They aren’t sent a form - they are invited to attend a “habitual residence test” appointment at the JC+ where an officer will run through the “e-HRT”.

The e-HRT form is dynamic and the precise questions asked will vary depending on the claimant’s situation - e.g. nothing about derivative rights should be asked if the claimant indicates they are not the carer for a child.

I have a few examples of completed e-HRTs from appeal bundles but they’re quite tricky to anonymise. I could maybe send an example of a completed one to you next week when I’ve get a chance.

There is some further info here: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/hrt_for_migrants

Thanks Elliott

It’s been a while since I helped someone with this directly.

Is this a recent change? I was told on the phone that my client was sent a Hab res form back in April this year
