There is a typo in Sweet & Maxwell page 837 regarding some case law in connection with The Social Security (Medical Evidence) Regulations 1976 – Regulation 2 (1A) should read R(IS) 8/93 instead of R(15) 8/93 - anyway see attached to make life easier, than guessing it.
The above strap line should have ended delays in payments
