Davey v Oxfordshire Council - whether care package breaches Care Act - in Court of Appeal
The Court of Appeal is today hearing the appeal of Davey, R (On the Application Of) v Oxfordshire County Council

A service user group and Britain’s statutory equality organisation are to intervene in the case of a disabled man that could have significant implications for the application of the Care Act 2014’s wellbeing duty.
Mr Davey’s appeal has been dismissed by Court of Appeal sadly.
