Hi, can anyone provide information &/or case law that I can use in this case.

Cl. has PTSD & other mental health issues and I am finding it increasingly frustrating that I have to try and fit mental health into what I think are essentially physical tasks. My question is 2 fold, first the HCP was a physiotherapist and whilst the assessment of the cl. physical movement was excellent (I have to use a dictionary to understand what is said) there was no mention or addressing the mental impact is having on the client. Secondly would mentioning this actually be appropriate or worth while ( - by annoying medical professional on panel)?

Although the PIP2 form was very badly filled in I believe it can be expanded on so do not really want to do a new claim, although the distress this is causing is actually making the situation worse .

Thank you in advance.
