I know bedroom tax discussion and appeals have petered out a bit, but just to let people know that size can still be an issue and we are now starting to win cases where the room is unreasonably small - mainly based on the Stevenage case law about minimum bedroom furniture and space for dressing and undressing.  Two today were on the basis that the bedroom door couldn’t open fully once an adult bed is in place, and we won both of these.  As part of doing I’ve had to trawl through Argos and other websites to get an idea of average sizes of furniture - I’ve attached it here in the hope it will help someone with a similar case.
