I love how you get a 2 square inch box to describe what is wrong with clients on each descriptor, yet they waste a whole page asking why the form is late….....
and the wording of some activity questions is still the same and poorly drafted, IMHO - e.g. activities 1,2 and 15
It has not changed and is still the April 17 version - what are they talking about, or have they updated the form and just left the old one on gov site?
