and here’s a law society gazette article on the point

well, there would have been a link here but when i clicked “post” i was told that the item was blacklisted?  see the law society gazette “european court delivers blow to prepack”

really, this has to be right in the context of the TUPE regs…. TUPE was always going to apply and i’m surprised people thought it wouldn’t (but then, no, i’m not surprised that employers/liquidators try and get round TUPE)
