Process for referring for a WCA under UC
FOI request that explains the process between day 1 and day 29 of sickness at which point claimant should be referred for WCA and other related guidance -

A bit alarming to note that:
“Claimants awaiting a WCA are usually allocated to the Intensive Work Search Labour Market regime”
It’s almost as if the system has been designed to set people up to fail…
