Non EU national can benefit from R2R of EU family member before they acquired British nationality
New Advocate General’s opinion finds -
a non-EU national may benefit from a right of residence in the Member State in which his EU citizen family member resided before acquiring the nationality of that Member State and developing a family life there

but this is NOT a decision of the ECJ, and we won’t know the actual decision until they make one…. the ECJ does sometimes not follow the AG (albeit one might expect them to here….)
