Hi All,
Hoping you may be able to offer some advice on this…
Charlton highlighted that the communication of the decision itself can satisfy reg 29(2)(b) if the client would suffer a significant deterioration to their health if told that the benefit claim was being refused; however is there anything that would allow this principle to be applied if a cl was moved from the Support group to the WRAG and notification of this decision caused a significant deterioration in a claimant’s MH?

Thanks in advance
