Clt received a decision notice disallowing entitlement to ESA (Failed to Attend (FTA)). There is a stated right to appeal but the notice was not signed by anyone. Is this normal?

If a notice is not signed is it valid?

As far as I know, there is no authority requiring a social security decision notice to be signed. Some offices do and some offices don’t.

If there is such a requirement, then full service Universal Credit will be in big trouble,
