A WTC claimant who becomes entitled to CTC can still claim it (and vice versa).

.. it is clear if you have to make a new claim to tax credits in full service area this will trigger a claim for UC.

.. unless you have more than 2 children, in which case you’re back into claiming legacy benefits between now and November 2018.
