SOR not received

Has anyone had any problems obtaining a SOR? My client’s ESA appeal was rejected in January and I asked for a SOR. This hasn’t been recevied and has been requested on 3 occassions. I’m waiting to check it for a possible UTT appeal. Is there an escalation procedure?

I’m not sure about an escalation procedure.  However, we had a case where the Judge fell ill shortly after the FTT, and no SoR was provided.    The Tribunals Service arranged for the case to be reheard before a differently constituted tribunal panel.
