A new report had been produced by Race Online 2012 which aims to show charities and community groups how to embrace and use technology to help survive the difficult funding environment. Good use of technology can offer organisations new routes into funding and helps services to reach out to more people - donors, policymakers, beneficiaries - more effectively, cheaply and 24/7.

This casebook outlines a number of case studies of the innovative ways in which organisations have already taken this opportunity, as well detailing sources of advice and support, including Lasa’s own IST team, to help you think strategically about how and which technologies can best serve your needs.
