After 16.5 minutes, got through to someone who could not hear me.  Was redirected back to Vivaldi.
20 minutes - line went dead.

Not quite the outcome I had been hoping for (for the second time today, but that’s another story)

claimant had given up and gone away by then which initially led to me being told that they couldn’t speak to me for ‘security reasons’ but when I pushed it they took the Post Office account details from me, which we’d been phoning to give them, and accepted them as they were the same as the ones they had on file from the previous claim.

Answered at 3 minutes to 5 by Sheffield and query answered within 5 minutes.  I’m impressed - and very happy to be able to go home!
