Does anyone know how much an ESA or DLA tribunal actually costs, please?

A recent FOI request was anawered by TS and stated £279 for a SSCS appeal. I’ve got it in front of me on paper and I’m sure the document is on here (rightsnet) somewhere.

It may (or may not) also be of interest that, in my experience, the average time taken to compile a full submission for a HB/CTB appeal is 2-3 days.  This is the time taken from picking up the papers for the first time and completing all the admin / despatching etc.  Some take a bit less than a day; others several days.  Some LAs claim to do 2 per day, others more or less concur with my own experience.  Personally, I cannot see how it is possible to *properly* deal with 2 appeals per day.  The cost to an LA is obviously down to how much they are paying staff who deal with appeals.
