regarding this, i remember reading about a JR over the absurdity of not seeing the £20 because of the benefit cap

and the above article clearly shows this absurdity. Did anyone get anywhere with this judicial review?

I think this also highlights that the expected uprating of 7-8% or more next April will not be seen by many unless they also uprate the benefit cap.
