Hi all

Has anyone any idea what’s behind the move to keep RoPs for 18 months? The FtT famously ran out of shelves a few years ago and while I’m aware that PIP & UC are digital now it’s still a concern.

Maybe HMCTS is to become more economical with the photocopier too :)

I’ve been wondering this as it was announced on the 1st of April…

I was under the impression it was taking around 18 months for HMCTS to figure out how to get the recordings into a format accessible by anyone who might request them 😊

More like 12 ime.i see Judges will be keeping notes once again so probably a remedy for that.
