can claims for PIP or other benefits be made while a late application for settled status is being decide ???

Someone who has made a late application to EUSS, provided the application is validated and identity verified is not a PSIC and therefore can claim PIP subject to the usual criteria including past presence
For means-tested benefits look at the ADM memos, but should be able to access provided have a right to reside although according to the training I am looking at to answer this it is still a bit unclear when it comes to making a new benefit application (as opposed to making a late application to EUSS when already in receipt of means-tested benefits)
