quick question
client on ESA with SDP
failed wca and on esa assessment rate + SDP

If she loses tribunal, will she be barred from claiming UC due to SDP, or will she claim UC and have SDP transitionally protected?
thanks

SDP gateway doesn’t apply anymore and as it would be natural migration, no TP either.

I think they’d get the transitional element of £285 as a single person with no LCWRA - however if later gets LCWRA back then it will offset against sdp transitional element as any increases bar childcare erode it
