Hi, I have just taken a call from a client who has her LEAP review appeal hearing next week.  I’m waiting on her to scan me over the bundle.  She was refused PIP in 2016 following a DLA to PIP reassessment and never appealed at that time due to her mental health.

Does the Tribunal have the power to consider the daily living part too at the hearing?  I read this on the Parliament UK FAQ’s part:

If claimants request a Mandatory Reconsideration of the outcome of the review,
will their whole award be looked at again?
Yes, the whole award can be looked at again. If claimants request a Mandatory
Reconsideration of the outcome of the review in the administrative exercise, it will
predominantly consider how the UT decisions apply. Other aspects of the award can be
reviewed as well if claimants provide relevant further evidence showing a change in their
needs.

Thanks
