If on legacy benefits or tax credits it could be worth checking if you could get more from #UniversalCredit.  See below for a link to a helpful site and checker therein

and the page it links to says -

Many people apply for Universal Credit after they’ve had a change of circumstances, such as losing their job or a change in their situation at home. But if you’re already receiving other benefits and tax credits, it might be worth considering whether claiming Universal Credit instead would be better for you.

Seems like the friendly ‘encouragement’ has started…

Really strange they they’ve forgotten to tell people that the £20 weekly uplift to the basic allowance is only scheduled to last until September 2021, sure that’s just an oversight…..
