From a recently received statement of reasons:

“The tribunal finds that the HCP would not have recorded it as having been said, unless it had been said.”

I am on an absolute roll…

GP records from the relevant time state ‘Claimant is now classed as housebound, has been unable to leave the house for 9 months… Agoraphobic… Requires district nurse to visit at home to take bloods as unable to attend at clinic.’ Claimant confirms this at hearing. No evidence to the contrary beyond HCP referring to occasional journeys made a year before. Tribunal awards zero points for Mobility 1.

Give. Me. Strength.
