As most of my work is with UC I haven’t had to contact ESA for some while.  Is it my bad luck or has their telephone service deteriorated even further- a client and I have spent a total of something like four hours on hold over four or five calls and they have never picked up once.

The next question is obvious (and I’m sure I know what the answer will be but here goes!)- does anyone know how to get through to them, are there now ‘professionals only’ numbers or something like that

I’ve had to phone a few times over the last couple of months and I’ve been on hold around 45 minutes or so each time. But I have always gotten through to someone eventually.
