DWP collecting feedback on video assessments

Following legislation being laid to allow for video assessments, DWP has also today set up a page to gather feedback on the assessments which is open until 4 July 2021.

I’m guessing that means video assessments must be starting very soon - it would be interesting to hear how they are going if anyone has any experience…

There’s no need to ID yourself as part of this unless you want an email copy of your response. This reads to me more like an attempt by the assessment provider to find out what people prefer and then advocate for the route which is cheapest and offers them the largest profit.

Someone feeling naughty could fill in loads of these. Very odd way of doing business.
