Hello, I have a Child DLA appeal - early stages. Wondering if Video Evidence of how the child has temper tantrums affects the mum’s ability to care for her?

Fine in theory but in practice it will be about getting it into a format which can be viewed by DWP and all three panel members whilst working from home with no doubt varying degrees of IT access and capabilities. In the first instance if there is any video I would at minimum document and submit what that video shows and, even then, think very carefully about what is being shown. Useful to get permission for others to view and play devils advocate with it as we often see what we want to see and ignore that others may quite legitimately be able to draw different inferences.
