Loss of SDP during lockdown

The inevitable has happened. My client moved back to live with his parents during lockdown and has lost entitlement to ESA SDP. He is expecting this to be temporary and would not cope well without their support during this time. While this is legally correct, can anyone think of a good reason to reverse this decision?

Hi
Where was the customer living before going to stay with his parents? is he still liable for any rent/ ctax/ utilities at that address or has he given that address up?

Hi Prisca Thank you for your quick reply. He has kept the tenancy thankfully. I believe that he is still receiving HB and CTS which is obviously good news but not help with utilities.  Mike.

Have a look at CIS/14850/1996 as a starting point.
