Lossing worker status due to social services asking you to give up the job
Hi,
Some time back there was an appeal where the client claimed social services told him to leave his job. When he attempted to claim benefits DWP refused saying he did not retain his worker status. He
appealed to a f/t tribunal and lost. He lost the upper tribunal appeal also. Can anyone remember the case - it was reported on Rightsnet? If so, does anyone have a reference to the case?
