Employer incentives.
Following on from.
I’m struggling to see where the incentive for employers is here.
Why not just take someone on part-time instead of paying 55% for 33%?
Why not take on less people full-time and again save on wages?
It’s less about taking people on and more about not letting them go. That has costs attached, so this is meant to til the balance a bit.
