Below is a comment by an assessor in the PIP report for a client of mine.  This is obviously a typo but it made me laugh.  Context provided.

“He reports that he gets pain in his legs and back when walking.  He reports that he sometimes uses a walking stick.  He reports that he walks in (sic) a slow pace.  He reports that he goes to the gym twice a week to distress himself”.
