Decision maker’s guidance

Hello

Does anyone know where I can find the decision maker’s guidance (if it exists) to the ESA and UC (Miscellaneous Amendments and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2017. The specific bit of guidance I am looking for relates to part 2 of schedule 2, and concerns the provisions which allow for the LCW element to be payable to claimants who had credits for LCW under the 1975 Credits Regulations.
