3mth repayment suspension for budgeting advance?
Apologies if this has been asked and answered already…
Does the Coronavirus 3 month repayment suspension exclude ALL UC advances? i.e. budgeting as well as new claim?

I don’t think it does - it’s not a COVID thing - it was always there for new claim advances - https://www.gov.uk/guidance/universal-credit-advances#how-the-advance-is-repaid
Nothing in budgeting advances to suggest the same - https://www.gov.uk/guidance/universal-credit-advances#get-a-budgeting-advance
