That is disappointing. It’s a curious omission of the SDA on Pension Credit. It’s as if when they wrote the SDP Gateway rules they hadn’t thought about what would happen to mixed age couples when they brought the MAC rules in a few months later.

One might believe that they simply didn’t care as it’s another win for DWP in reducing spend.
