LHA Shared accommodation rate exemption changes
It was announced in the Spring Budget that they would be making some changes to the exemptions from the LHA shared accommodation rate. One was an increase in age from 22 to 25 years for those who had been in care previously. Does anyone know if there is a date for these changes to come in, haven’t been able to find anything.
