Does anyone have a copy of CH 3776/2002

or any other decision re HB reg 12(5) - apportionment of joint liabilities?

Do you mean CH/3376/2002? Anyway, it’s attached along with a couple of others that may be of interest.

Yes 3376 looks to be the correct one.

In my defence 3776 was quoted in the commentary of my old copy of CPAG HB &CTB; Leg.

so there is no wonder I couldn’t find it anywhere..
