Calling PC new claims line to chase up something for a client.
The number - 0800 991 234 - takes you to the Child Maintenance Service
Tried x 5 same outcome?
WTF?

.
OK this seems to be fixed now. Still had to call a few times to get through.

I was told a while ago that the CMS was training some staff up to do PC, so it has now gone live. I guess they will be training/diverting staff all over the place in the current circumstances.
