Undue weight given to HCP report over that of claimants mother
Have PIP appeal to submit for client with ASD; I recall some time ago a UT decision about the DM giving undue weight to the HCP report and ignoring the counter arguments provided by the claimant’s mother; can anyone assist with the UT decision Ref please and/or a link to it; thanks; Peter
I think you might be thinking of my colleague’s case CS v SSWP (ESA) [2018] UKUT 106 (AAC) which I never get bored of citing.
