ESA reg 54 states no WFI is required if you are credits only

I have a customer who was undertaking WRA receiving IR ESA but then husband started full time work and she now is credits only for herself.

She was undertaking work related activity my question is can she now stop this

My thinking is if she does not require a WFI to discuss WRA then any previous WRA can be stopped ??

Any thought greatly appreciated

Yes, I think this is correct.

“ESA credits only” really means “not ESA, credits only”.

To be credited with earnings under the Social Security (Credits) Regulations 1975, you just have to have a limited capability for work.
